The Official Miller-Lite Party Band - Zephyr is a western NY party band that was formed in 1991. Pete on bass and Steve on guitar, have played together since 1980. Scott provides the backbeat for the band, and has been part of the group since 2007. Our site is a tribute to our friends, affectionately know as ZephyrHeads. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

ZephyrHead of the month - Cuzin April

Our lovely friend April is the new ZephyrHead of the Month. Originally introduced to us as 'cousin April', she and Donnie have been coming out to hear the band ever since we met that first time at the StageCoach and have become great friends. Pictured above in the cowgal hat, in the cheap seats, waiting for the band to take the stage at Darien Lake, she sometimes prefers to hang with her friends in the crowd rather than using her celebrity status to join us backstage. And once in a while she brings her friends to the local establishments when we play. Either way, we always enjoy her company and thats why she is ZephyrHead of the Month for August 2010.

We had a great weekend of rock-n-roll and have a LOT of pictures to prove it! We saw a lot of old friends and made a few new ones. And a couple of Scotties friends celebrated their birthdays...not the pig!

This picture is the album cover from the 60's Denver based band Zephyr, previously featuring up and coming guitarist Tommy Bolin who died just before going on tour with Deep Purple. As a novelty to the namesake, Pete has found and collected all 3 of that bands vintage albums releases on CD.
